The founder
cairnity was founded by Ian Godfrey in Banchory, Royal Deeside, on two decades of experience in professional kitchens and chef recruitment across Scotland. That experience shapes everything: the questions asked at brief, the care taken over every candidate, and advice that is always honest and plainly given.
